…writer, speaker, and strategist to Fortune 500 executives, entrepreneurial leaders, and think tanks around the world.
As a former executive turned entrepreneur, I’ve seen it all – from toxic environments causing burnout and lack of purpose to high functioning, dynamic settings where leaders and team members alike feel valued and empowered to do great work. It’s that positioning that allows me to help global business leaders create sustainable success for themselves and their teams.
My work challenges status quo thinking, business-as-usual, and the kind of realism that keeps you stuck in patterns that don’t serve you or the world.
Before turning entrepreneur, I served as an executive at Vanity Fair Corporation, vice president at Sustainability Partners, professor of graduate studies for Big Ten US universities, and global associate for the renowned beCause Consortium. (I also moonlighted as a deli waitress, secretary, and everything in between, as a way to put myself through school and life.)
I am a graduate of the London School of Economics and a certified cultural mediator in multiple languages. I write for a number of international publications, including She Owns It and The Huffington Post.
I live a ‘sustainable’, emotionally rich life with my family between the United States and Italy.
