A few years back, NASA researchers outfitted a group of astronauts with convex goggles that altered their vision by 180°– turning their sight upside-down.

The astronauts had to wear these goggles 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for 30 days.

They went loopy at first, as evidenced by ALL of their vital signs — body temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, you name it.

But after about 26 days, something remarkable happened: One of the astronauts started seeing right-side-up again, while still wearing the goggles. His mind had allowed him to completely flip his field of vision! In subsequent days, all the other astronauts followed suit.

The lesson is truly profound: NEW HABITS LEAD TO NEW REALITIES. If it can take as little as 26 days to turn your whole world upside down, what other feats can you accomplish with consistent effort?

We’re going to find that out together. But before we put the goggles on, let’s get clear on what you want to achieve.

Take 10 minutes right now to create a simple DREAM LIST:

Grab a sheet of paper and draw a line down the middle. On the left side, list your dreams (material and nonmaterial); then draw an arrow from each dream to the right column, where you’ll list WHY this dream is important to you and the feelings it evokes. P.S. Do you know someone who is in the middle of having their world turned upside down? Forwarding this post might help!
